  Solution “Steam Experience©”

A stimulating and learning Team Building event in order to live a common experience and to improve your team work (mutual acquaintance, cooperation, trust…).

You wish precisely :

  • To liven up, and transform your seminar into a winning meeting,
  • To strengthen the mutual acquaintance in your team or between departments,
  • To improve the teamwork,
  • To help your teams to come out from the "comfort zone" to find out the advantages of the "discovery zone",
  • To offer your staff a fun kick-off time, which will also be linked to your management.

 

  The course of our solution :

Our winning « Steam’ Experience ©» is aimed at all your company's members concerned by the improvement of team-work (services, transversal teams, project-teams...). It suits for groups from 15 to 200 people.

Our running « Steam’ Experience ©» can take place indoor (meeting room) as well as outdoor, everywhere in France, and abroad.
It lasts from half-a-day to a full day. You will form teams of 10 participants.

After a general briefing, your teams will take part in several Team-Building exercises that are ludic resolutions of daily problems (information transfer and sharing, conduct of collective projects, cooperation...). A few examples of Team-Building exercises:

  • The “supersonic ball”,
  • The “magical square”,
  • The “glass of whisky”,
  • The “spider's web”,
  • The “sedan chair”...

Each exercise progresses in two periods :

  • Action for about 30 minutes,
  • Feedback (convivial discussion on the main lessons for each member, for the team...). for about 15 minutes.

Your team-building event will end with a collective and creative theatre skit (song, sketch…) about the experience lived, the learning found, the links to the daily business…

Our professional trainers, who are coordinators, as well as catalysts for collective exchanges (feedback) will supervise teams either in French or in English.
