An interactive and stimulating approach based on team experience, around the exploration of the customers' expectations.

  • Team-Coaching/Team-Building active learning skills (collective action, feedback sessions, and workshops on the customers' expectations…),
  • Creative, and theatral restitution (training, and creative presentation of the workshop solutions on the theme "in the customer's shoes"...),
  • The "Customer" elements of the Marketing Mix around the customers' expectations, and solutions to meet them...

 

  Its course :

Our innovating solution « Steam’ Customer ©» takes place during your seminar everywhere in France and abroad (a preliminary, on-line involvement of the participants is possible through Intranet).

Our innovating solution « Steam’ Customer ©» is made-to-measure, and can last from one to two days.
Participants will be split up in teams of 10 members ; they will explore the company's customers, and their expectations.

Their team task : getting to know better the company's customers, their expectations, and building concrete solutions through action plans presented in the "customers' expectations books".

We can carry out our performance in French as well as in English.

Our innovating solution « Steam’ Customer ©» was successfully used by Accor group (the sales department's seminar in St-Raphäel, June 2000).
